come as you are

I invite you to show up exactly as you are, this space is for you.

I believe therapy offers a space for you to embrace who you are, grow into who you are becoming, discovering new ways of being, and honouring old patterns that no longer serve you.

Together, we will discover patterns that are keeping you stuck, reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve carefully tucked away. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, move through emotion, and tune into your inner wisdom.

(she/her) MSW, RSW (SK & AB)

I offer genuine care for you, your experiences, and your stories you bring into session. Together, we will explore the difficulties you are experiencing in the here and now, look at past experiences and patterns, and envision a path forward. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are, but growing into who you are becoming.

As a Registered Social Worker who has specialized in clinical practice, I offer therapy that is relational and collaborative to support you in feeling more connected to yourself and live your life in a way that most reflects who you are. My background is in both adult and child/adolescent (family) mental health and I approach the work we do from a relational lens.

In session, I show up as authentically human and welcome you to do the same. All of your different parts you bring into session - the hopeful parts, the messy parts, the hard-to-love parts, the brave parts, the scared parts, and the trying to find your path forward parts - are all welcome here.

I employ various therapeutic approaches including Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy as clinically indicated. My practice is rooted trauma-informed, family systems, and strengths-based approaches and I work from the understanding that healing occurs in relationship.
